Mutiara Hills, Semenyih, Selangor, 15 May 2025: Boustead Properties Berhad (“Boustead Properties” or “the Company”), one of Malaysia’s leading property developers, has officially begun handing over keys to homeowners of Balau Homes One Phase 1B, marking the full completion of the Balau Homes One precinct within the Mutiara Hills township.
