With over 30 years of experience in property development, engineering, construction and business development, Zuraimi brings extensive leadership expertise and a strong track record in delivering large-scale developments.

Zuraimi previously held senior leadership roles at MRCB including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Property Development and also led strategic initiatives within the Albukhary Group.

His experience spans landmark projects with particular strengths in strategic partnerships, stakeholder management and large-scale project execution.

Shahril is a highly experienced civil engineer with nearly three decades of experience across industries such as oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, and property development. As the Chief Operations Officer of Property Development, he leads the acquisition and project delivery process, ensuring projects meet the highest standards.

Shahril has played a pivotal role in significant award-winning projects for Boustead Properties, including Mutiara Rini, Mutiara Damansara, Mutiara Hills, and One Cochrane Residences.

Shahril is registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), underscoring his leadership skills and expertise in delivering award-winning property development projects.

Jazmi has more than two decades of extensive expertise and experience in finance and property asset management. He plays a crucial role in maximising property assets and attaining operational excellence.

Jazmi oversees property asset and facilities management across Boustead Properties’ asset portfolio, including the Curve Mall. His strategic vision includes developing leasing plans to bolster occupancy rates, enhance tenant mix, and maximise rental yield. He also identifies alternative revenue streams to harness returns from all available lettable space.

He is a Registered Property Manager and holds positions on the Management and Finance Committees of MyTown Shopping Centre.

Mohd Ali brings over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, overseeing all financial, accounting, procurement, and tax matters. He ensures statutory compliance, manages financial forecasting, and collaborates on corporate governance.

In addition to his role at Boustead Properties, Mohd Ali serves as a board member in various companies within the Boustead Group. He upholds corporate governance standards, assesses risks, oversees financial reporting, and advises on financial strategies across his roles.

He is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

With over two decades of experience in architecture and property development across Malaysia and abroad, Taufiq brings deep expertise in planning and development strategies of varying scales and complexity. His portfolio includes multiple award-winning projects that reflect both innovation and execution excellence. As a key architect of the company’s strategic direction, he drives research, strategy, and communications.

Taufiq specialises in value creation and creative problem-solving—skills that consistently unlock new opportunities and fuel business growth.

He is a registered member of the Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia.
