As part of Boustead Properties’ 30th anniversary celebration, we are excited to embark on a 12-month servicing and maintenance project at Surau Mutiara Damansara. Starting in January 2025, this initiative focuses on air conditioning, mechanical ventilation (ACMV) and electrical systems, ensuring long-term sustainability and comfort for the community.
This project, led by Boustead Properties’ wholly owned subsidiary, Boustead Facilities Management, directly benefits more than 800 members of the congregation.
Guided by our commitment to PROGRESS. FORWARD, Boustead Properties continues to foster trust, collaboration, and sustainability to strengthen community ties and build a foundation for impactful collaborations. This effort reflects our Sustainable Goal #2: Community Outreach and Wellbeing, aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals #3, #11 and #17.
