Jazmi oversees property asset and facilities management across Boustead Properties’ asset portfolio, including the Curve Mall. His strategic vision includes developing leasing plans to bolster occupancy rates, enhance tenant mix, and maximise rental yield. He also identifies alternative revenue streams to harness returns from all available lettable space.

He is a Registered Property Manager and holds positions on the Management and Finance Committees of MyTown Shopping Centre.

Khairul Azizi is a seasoned corporate planner with over 25 years of experience in finance and investment. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Boustead Properties Berhad and the Divisional Director of the Property and Industrial Division at Boustead Holdings Berhad.

Khairul Azizi plays a pivotal role in charting strategic business direction and overseeing comprehensive organisational and business development in both capacities.

His extensive experience underscores his ability to drive success in property, hotels, and industrial businesses for the Boustead Group.

As a Registered Property Manager (PM 1756), he is recognised by the Malaysian Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers.

Shahril a highly experienced civil engineer, has nearly three decades of experience across industries such as oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, and property development. As the Chief Operations Officer of Property Development, he leads the acquisition and project delivery process, ensuring projects meet the highest standards.

Shahril has played a pivotal role in significant award-winning projects for Boustead Properties, including Mutiara Rini, Mutiara Damansara, Mutiara Hills, and One Cochrane Residences.

Shahril is registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), underscoring his leadership skills and expertise in delivering award-winning property development projects.

Shalina Rusli, with nearly three decades of experience in the corporate sector, oversees Human Resources, Legal and Compliance, and Digital Solutions. She plays a crucial role in aligning these departments with the company’s business strategy and ensuring their effective operation.

Shalina’s expertise includes managing HR policies, overseeing talent recruitment, and fostering employee development. She adeptly handles legal compliance and offers strategic insights into technology, ensuring robust data security.

Taufiq brings with him over two decades of experience in the architectural practice and property development industry, both locally and abroad. Throughout his career, he has been exposed to and involved in planning and development strategies of various scales and complexities, many of which have received awards and recognition.

Taufiq plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategy blueprint and business roadmap, focusing on research, business strategy and strategic communications.

His expertise lies in value creation, strategic planning, and reinvention, with a strong emphasis on creativity, which is vital for the creation and innovation of new ideas and opportunity for the company.

Taufiq is a registered member of Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia.

Mohd Ali brings over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, overseeing all financial, accounting, procurement, and tax matters. He ensures statutory compliance, manages financial forecasting, and collaborates on corporate governance.

In addition to his role at Boustead Properties, Mohd Ali serves as a board member in various companies within the Boustead Group. He upholds corporate governance standards, assesses risks, oversees financial reporting, and advises on financial strategies across his roles.

He is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
