Our Facilities Management Services

Apart from owning and managing all its retail and commercial assets through its subsidiary, Boustead Facilities Management Sdn. Bhd. (Boustead Facilities Management), Boustead Properties also provides a wide range of property and facilities management consultancy services through Boustead Facilities Management.

Boustead Facilities Management, formerly known as Boustead Weld Court Sdn. Bhd., specialises in general and preventive building management and maintenance. It is a Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company and is registered under the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) with Gred G7.

Currently, Boustead Facilities Management provides facilities management services to Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera for its Chulan Tower in Kuala Lumpur.
