Terms & Conditions:

  • Eligibility: Donations are open to all registered Mutiara X app users with valid accounts.
  • Donation Process: Each donation is fixed at 500 Mutiara X points per transaction. Users may donate multiple times within the campaign period.
  • Non-Refundable: All point donations are final and cannot be reversed, exchanged, or refunded. Donations are not entitled to tax relief.
  • Transparency: The donation progress will be updated once a day at 5 PM in Mutiara X. A final report will be shared after the campaign.
  • Campaign Period: Donations will be accepted from 2 March to 15 March 2025.
  • Data Privacy: User information collected during the campaign will be handled in accordance with Mutiara X’s Privacy Policy.
  • Amendments: Boustead Properties reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Pertubuhan Kebajikan Pusat Jagaan Sri Mesra, also known as Mesra Home Ampang, is a charity home dedicated to elderly Muslim women. Established in February 2013, the home provides shelter, care, and emotional support, particularly for those without heirs or who have never been married. Many residents face mental health challenges due to neglect and isolation, making compassionate care essential. With a mission to offer a safe, nurturing, and dignified environment, Mesra Home ensures its residents receive proper care, companionship, and a sense of belonging to improve their quality of life. As a registered organisation under the Department of Social Welfare (JKM), Mesra Home operates free of charge, supporting individuals classified under the asnaf group.
